Terms of service

Order

1.1  We currently only accept orders to sell and deliver Products in New Zealand, Australia and China.

1.2  You must pay for the order in full to get it confirmed and delivered. We confirm the payment receipt by checking our bank account.

1.3   When you place an order, we will inform you with an order number, and email the invoice or receipt copy to you if required.

1.4  Once an order has been dispatched you will receive a notification for the tracking number of your order.

1.5   Some Products may be unavailable from time to time. However, we will advise you if we decline, or are unable to fulfil your order.

1.6   We may cancel an order if we believe it is fraudulent, or if an error has occurred including, without limitation, listing with an incorrect price or information.

Colour

2.1   We try our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products shown online. However we cannot guarantee every monitor's display and the light exposed on every photo is exactly the same.

Price

3.1   All of our prices are in NZ dollars, and including GST.

3.2  We may alter the prices of the Products, and any other information online, at any time before you place an order without notice to you.

Voucher

4.1   We may issue a voucher at any time, including for discounts, promotions and if a refund is given.

4.2   We may cancel or refuse to accept a voucher which is expired or which we reasonably consider to be fraudulent or not authorised by us.
