Shipping policy
1. We will deliver the Products to the premises nominated in your order at your cost within a reasonable time of accepting your Order.
2. We will re-deliver or refund the Products (at our option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.
3. The Products are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.
4. NZ local delivery usually takes 2-5 working days, and the overseas one takes about 2-3 weeks. This might get delayed due to force majeure.
5. We will notify the tracking number of your parcel to your email or account.
6. If you don't receive your orders after a reasonable time, please contact us immediately. We will check with the couriers and update the status within 1-2 working days.
